Professionals of color and minority ethnic backgrounds continue to face racial injustice and inequity in the workplace, and they have been severely underrepresented in leadership. Across all regions, women are paid less than men, with the gender pay gap estimated at 23 percent globally. Most Countries Do Not Provide Legal Protections for LGBTQ Employees. These are unacceptable conditions that harm just as local communities as the global market.
